Since earning his BSOG stripes with EPM, Adam has worked across different areas of the software business over the last 13 years; despite this, his children (and mother-in-law) still think that he drives buses for a living. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 boys, trips to the cinema and baking (his carrot cake is in particularly high demand!)

With over 30 years’ experience in a range of business development roles, Gary has led sales and marketing teams for IT businesses large and small. When he’s not helping customers to solve their business problems, you’ll find him walking or cycling the country lanes and hills around Manchester.

With over 20 years experience of running software businesses, Ian joined EPM in February 2020 and is excited to be working with the team and our clients to deliver solutions which address clients business issues.   Outside work, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife, two teenage sons, and whenever possible, his bike, which doesn’t know everything!

Jon has worked on a wide variety of audit & consultancy assignments during his 13 years with the business. He has significant experience in maximising operators’ concessionary fares reimbursement, as well as analysing the performance of networks and identifying areas for improvement. In his spare time, Jon enjoys trying to keep up on ‘walks’ with his greyhound and whippet.

Matthew is a Chartered Certified Accountant and is responsible for the BSOG consulting business within EPM. After more than 20 years in the industry Matthew has considerable experience of both BSOG grants and business process improvement – advising both operators and Government bodies. Outside work, you will find Matthew working on his golf handicap or cycling the Worcestershire countryside.

During his 20 years at EPM, Nick has undertaken a range of roles from BSOG auditor to concessionary fares consultant.  He is now Director of the EPM software business, where he uses his wealth of bus industry knowledge to shape our products and services.  Away from work Nick enjoys spending time with his young family and keeping fit at the gym.

Bus geek and problem solver, Olly has spent over 10 years (of her 14 years at EPM) in her spiritual home on the Service Desk supporting EPM and Omnibus clients with their queries. Away from work, Olly spends her time obsessing over rugby, despite being too old to play anymore! She is a self-proclaimed film nerd, who loves the sea and hanging out with her family.

Having been at EPM long enough to remember when the scheme was called Fuel Duty Rebate, Richard has accumulated a huge amount of knowledge in the field of BSOG certification. When not “counting buses” as his wife describes his job, Richard enjoys coaching a local junior rugby team and would love to be better at golf.

Sarah originally joined EPM almost 20 years ago as BSOG Audit Assistant and progressed through the ranks to become BSOG Manager and ACCA Qualified Mentor.  She has a huge amount of experience with regard to BSOG, supporting both colleagues and clients in this area. Outside work, Sarah loves family camping holidays by the sea in her VW campervan ‘Clancy’!

Scott started with EPM over 10 years ago, and after 18 months away project managing the development of a public transport smart ticketing scheme, he returned in 2021 to oversee our Implementation Team and Support Desk. In his spare time you’ll find Scott policing the Midland’s motorways as a Special Inspector, looking after a team who spend their evenings pursuing vehicles involved in crime.
